This game has a lot I like about it. Unfortunately though it's not worth playing due to the lack of a viable player base. Because of a lack of advertising and lazy development/bug fixes, there aren't enough active players in the game to use ANY of the game modes. The only thing that will usually even launch is un-ranked TDM because it's just two teams of bots with a player or two here and there. I've gotten ranked to work ONE time and it took like 15 minutes of sitting in a queue only to be thrown in with people that were either hacking, or extremely experienced from the Chinese version.

The PvE missions are meant for full 4 player teams, but I've seen that happen I think one time in 70 hours of playing, and even then two of the other players were friends. Most of the PvE missions are virtually impossible because of the mechanics and the devs have made absolutely no effort to balance it for the low player count.

BUGS! There are also quite a few bugs. There's an event currently that you can redeem "FU" points, but after the first few redeems, it just simply doesn't work anymore and is broken. It's been like that for at least two weeks and I've seen not so much as a mention of fixing it.

Half the maps and content aren't even in the game and the audio randomly switches between poorly translated English voices and Chinese ones, even in the "story" mode.

The game has really become something good. Plenty to do, looks great, limitless exploration opportunities. You can follow the story line, or just sandbox it and pretty much ignore the story entirely. Biggest part of the endgame imo is searching for your perfect world/ships/freighters. The devs are still actively adding to the game even years after launch. I'd definitely recommend it.

Game looks great. It's expansive, huge, and immersive at times. Sadly though, it's not for me. Spending hours building and upgrading a ship only to have it blown up 30 seconds after you leave a station because there's someone camped outside killing everyone that comes by gets old pretty quick. Almost system I went to had people sitting there just waiting for other players to come by so they could blow them up as soon as they load in. I'd be fine with that if losing your ship wasn't a permanent thing.

Legendary game. One of the most popular games ever made and for good reason. Skyrim has an expansive an immersive world, lots to do, lots to explore, and lots to like. It's a Bethesda game, so there is definitely just as expansive a list of bugs with the game, but thankfully there are mods that fix most issues in the game. Speaking of mods, there are an incredible number of them! You can change the game to extreme levels, even making it essentially an entirely different game which keeps the replay-ability high! When factoring in mods, there's not much I can say negative about the game.

This game is honestly all over the place. For a free game, the graphics are spectacular. The strategy aspects can often be amazing to experience, but they can also be infuriating! There are a mind boggling number of different units you can use with different strengths and weaknesses. There are many character classes to use for your personal character and it's fun to try them all out to see which one(s) fit your personal preference the most. There is a lot to like about the game.

That all said, there are a lot of issues with the game that actually made me eventually quit playing.

-For starters, there are massive balance issues. Even with the incredible number of different units in the game, there are generally only a handful that everyone actually uses which is disappointing with the amount of options there are.

-Probably 50% of the player base is going to be dual blade and 35% of the rest are going to be playing the newest class (pike when I last played) because the newest class is always stronger than the others.

-Playing in an alliance can be amazing, and territory wars are fun. Playing in random games though can be a nightmare! Matchmaking is terrible, so teams are often extremely unbalanced. At times you'll play games where literally half the team is just afk, and even when people are there, they often just run around randomly and don't help. In other game modes people very often afk. It's not unusual to load into a 5 player game mode to find you're the only person actually there.

-Speaking of other players, there's the issue of cheaters/exploiters. There's some debate in the community about how prevalent cheating is, but it is there. IMO, it can be pretty bad. It's not unusual to see people teleporting around, being invulnerable, speed hacking, clipping through walls, and even flying. There were even times in territory wars where there would be kingdoms hacking on a large scale. The company seems to care very little about doing anything about the cheating too.

I'd say the game is definitely worth playing, but don't be surprised if you end up disappointed or frustrated after a play session.

I got this during some free promo thing and decided to try it out. The game looks pretty, but I found it to be pretty bland. To me it just seemed like another auto run/play mobile-esque "MMORPG" and I couldn't get into it. I basically tried it out, put it into cinematic mode, said "Yep, this is pretty." and then uninstalled it.

It was fun enough to play, but I really expected more game for the price. It's pretty short.

The game has some interesting mechanics, but it can also be quite irritating at times. It's fun to play for a bit, I found myself getting bored of it pretty quick. For myself in particular I find there to be just a bit too much micromanaging being needed and it's not something I'd want to play very many times.

I've played 76 for quite a while. I'll start by saying that the biggest positive of this game is that you can do so much in it. Not many other games exist that let you do as many things as this game does. You can go out mining for ore, then blow away huge groups of mutated abominations with an array of weapons, and then finish your day off by going home to brew up some alcohol to drink yourself stupid with.

That said, there are so so many issues with the game that it's really not worth listing them. The devs constantly prove they don't care what the player base wants. Every single change the make in the game is riddled with issues and new bugs. They seem to constantly make horrible choices about the direction the game is going. They ignore many long lasting issues and instead put their efforts into trying to milk more money from the game. Todd needs more leather jackets, after all.

The game has enormous potential, tons of things to waste time on, and can be pretty entertaining over all. Sadly the lack of effort, care, and competence from Bethesda keeps the game from really being something special.

There's a lot of good about this game, and a bit of bad too. The game looks great at max settings, but has such a wide range of graphical settings that it can run on a potato too. The amount of ships to chose from is insane. The story has been continuing for years, so there's a massive amount to play through. You can also ignore the story entirely and just fly around doing whatever you want. There are usually tons of players on, even after being out for so long. There are so many options in the game. There are tons of cameos of famous Star Trek actors.

As for the negatives:
- They change the core mechanics of how things work too often. The main reason I don't play anymore is because I didn't play for a while, and now there's an entirely new system that I really don't want to have to learn.
- Balance in the game is also very off, especially if you want to PvP. I ended up making an entirely new character because the only really viable class to play in PvP is a tactical character.
- There are tons and tons of ships with tons of customization options. I really wish they made it viable to use them all instead of having to use the highest tier out at the time.
- The "minmaxing" in the game is real. lol You can go to crazy extremes and spend hundreds of hours and even money to get the absolute perfect build. That's a good thing, but it's a bad thing too.
- The difficulty in getting some ships is obnoxious. Some people spend hundreds of dollars before they get it since it's a chance based system for the more unique stuff. I understand the need to make money, but it's to a ridiculous length.
