This is a warning for players about just how woke Jagex has become and how little they care about any player's concerns of this.

For context on how much I played this game, my last account I was putting my time into is a maxed, GIM, infernal cape, blessed Dizana's quiver, blood torva, dragon-rank (trailblazer 2 league) account. It is on the front page of many boss KCs (of the GIM hiscores) and it was on the front page of the collection hiscores (yes GIMs hiscores again).

I am someone who typically opposes pride months in video games, especially ones in games that are made for kids. With that said, last pride month I took my main account and changed its name to "RemovePride" and just let it stayed logged in near the Falador pride event and during the pride march. I didn't do anything with the account; it didn't say anything, it didn't even move or change gear (just had full justi and dihn b. from when it was alting for my GIM). However this was still too much for a Jagex Mod who saw this and chose to manually ban my main account with a permanent, un-appealable ban. A couple days later I @'d Jagex and Jagex Support on Twitter/X about my accounts status. I didn't even ask them to unban it, I merely stated that my account was banned for just being logged in, standing still with the username "RemovePride". Within a day after that tweet/x my main account was unbanned (not even set to a 14 day ban, the ban was gone and completely wiped from my account's past offenses page).

That last part makes the least sense to me. For comparison, let's say I'm at my job while on a video call with one of the company's clients. While on this call I notice one of them has a pride flag hanging in the back and I stop the call and say "hey we only do business with people who respect traditional marriage so on behalf of the company, this call is over and I am blocking you on the company's email". I would not only get fired, I would likely end up in court, yet a mod at Jagex can get caught doing this but keep his job?

Overall what I am saying is Jagex is willing to ban anyone who even slightly pushes back against their political agenda (effectively scamming you of any membership you had paid for). Even if that push back is just being logged in with an unoffensive name that they don't like. So coming from someone who has a lot of time put into this game, do not play it.

Wuaaahhh, my masculinity is endangered by including other people, wuaaah

In your comparison, you simply switched roles. And stop fooling yourself, the comparison wouldn't be you saying "I only deal with people who respect etc".

What you're actually saying is: "I am intimidated by your piece of cloth and believe you should not be represented in society and do not deserve to be a participant of the business world. You need to be culturally and economically ostracized untill you 'cease to exist' or fall in line with my binary uniform and very narrow minded world view."

Stop gaslighting everyone with your shallow views. Just admit you do not understand the difference between biological science and sociological/psychological science.

what's worse is to spend all that time, then when what you spent time on changes and you don't like it anymore you decide to continue wasting your time on it by arguing about it for weeks on end. will it ever stop, or will this guy continue finding new ways to waste his life? bet I can make a good guess lol

Sorry to tell you, but I checked 2019, didn't say anything about how subs were counted. I never implied "go woke go broke", but hey, I understand if you need to lie to cope (I bet it hurts to be wrong). :)
Also since you seem to be struggling with reading comprehension and data parsing, here is a redditor's post with a spreadsheet of the numbers to help you out. Hope this helps! :)

> Also I never claim "go woke go broke".
You did so by implication, obviously, lol.

You see subscribers going down (and yet, paradoxically, revenue going up),because Jagex changed definitions on what "subscribers" mean. Don't believe me?

Check the 2019 report; it says 3.4m *annual* subscribers
Check the 2021 report; it says 1.1m *subscribers*, in which 2019 is reported as having 1.0m *subscribers*.

Facts are kinda proving you wrong, huh.

Subscriber count is a publicly available number (so is MTX rev), clearly you didn't look at the link below. Also I never claim "go woke go broke". Only you here have said that (but I'll fact check you anyways). :)

Source? Subscriber count is not a publicly avaible number.

And if we interpolate earnings numbers with subscription costs, membership has been steadily increasing since 2017, so which one is it?

Also by way of correction, although Jagex has been gaining revenue, Jagex has been losing many subscribers. In ~2017 Jagex peaked with nearly 3m subscribers. Now they barely hit 1.1m subs. This means that people are leaving the game in droves since 2017, but the most dedicated players on rs3 are getting milked with MTXs.
Feel free to fact check yourself :)
