How do I register for Sex Offending?

Hello Reddit, unregistered Sex Offender here. I would like to know how I could register. I am a 32 Year old Male and are interested in 7 year old children. I think this gives me the right to register for being a Sex Offender. Reddit, can you tell me how to register? I tried going to the website but it denied me. I contacted the Police Force and they hang up and I was fined for "pranking" them. Reddit, how do I register to be a sex offender?
