The gameplay is awesome, the game is surprisingly difficult (in a good sense) with unexpected depth.
Also, very unexpectedly, for pretty much indie game, the visual aspect is nothing short of stunning (well, for the most part, textures get blurry when you go first person, but other than that...) - and especially if you consider the whole game takes only 300MB on disk.

Definitely. It's not easy, but you get used to it pretty quickly after a few hours. There are pretty good guides in the guides section too.
