Edited my review. Not recommended. This game is broke AF. The beat detection is bugged, .4x speed yet I can't see anything but blocks. Obviously bugged and not features. This is abandoned so no way to be fixed, so not recommended. Has potential but it seems this is abandoned,

No no no no no God no. Don't get fooled by the 'upload your own music' feature. The beats stay the same no matter what music you play on. Hell, the music was done yet there are still beats. Even the background does not respond to anything, it's just static. Refund even if it's dirt cheap.

It is good for an ea game. So far music beat detection is very good. Better than ME1. If you want to test how accurate it is, play the song "Doing it Right| by Daft Punk. Every beat is detected as if someone tracked it. The beat detection here is very, very advanced. Kudos dev!

But I still love ME1's vibe better. Melody is freakin' flying like crazy there and it felt good. Here she's just an olympian running tracks, very robotic except for a few slides and slowmo jumps.

I am a big fan of ME1, and I hope ME2 packs more content, like maybe RPG elements just to make playing the game even more rewarding. An XP system maybe or gain coins to purchase accessories etc. 7/10 so far. Will update review as the game gets more polished.

Played a bunch of rhythm games that use your own music files. I could say that by far this game has the best beat detection engine. As if it was mapped by a programmer. Kudos to the dev team, this game is an absolute blast to play. I am looking forward to Melody's Escape 2.

10/10. We need a sequel.

Weapon has no punch. Sound effects are horrendous. Graphics are sub par. But very fun to play. This is a maybe.
