All you need is the mod Yet Another Mechlab. Then its a good game. Without that mod it is a decent game with no replayability.

Its a scam. The enimies stop scaling at level 14. The towers keep scaling. There is no way to lose. Its just a waste of time.

Third time I am changing my review.
This game is vaporware. Trucks do not deliver goods. The simulation is shallow. Cities Skylines 1 is better. I tested and tested and tested. The more I looked the worse I realized it was. I didn't want to make this review. But the game is just not a simulation. CS1 with real time mod is a simulation. This is a game. It looks really good. But it does not simulate traffic. That is the main focus of every game ever created by this company and it doesn't do it.

Been playing this game for 50+ hours and just beat the first boss. Game is confusing, crazy hard, unfair, and insanely large. Have not even left the first 2 or 3 areas. There are things to do everywhere. No one tells you what to do. There is no arrows pointing you in the right direction. I know that all sounds like complaints but the thing is, if it wasn't this painful to lose it would not feel so good to win. You have to play to get better. No amount of youtube videos or guides is going to help you as much as just figuring it out yourself.

Its a better version of every other game like this that came before it.

I do not know why this is so addicting but it is.

This is not better the n darkest dungeon. It is a simpler streamlined version that does away with long term planning and strategies in place of fast paced decision making. I like it. It is a good game. I don't think it is better then there previous game but that game was perfect. How can you make perfection twice. You can not. But you can make it look nice and run faster. That is exactly what this is. I enjoy it but still have a long game on darkest dungeon.
