can you make games more balance, can you review how is this fair? I play 3 games archon range, but my team 4 crusader and only myself is archon, the enemy team only have 2 crusader.

not only that why is there 3 games 3 sniper play in my team? Do I have to ban sniper every game? what is the balancing?
