Definitely a fun game, can be pay2win at end game level, but it's just a fast track for people to not want to farm for a week or 2. Outside of that, if you just spend a little time, you'll be fine.

I like reading all the bad reviews of people complaining about "bad boss design" and "too hard"

Had this game since launch, revisited it after all bug fixes and phantom liberty, I will say, hands down one of my favorite games now. 20/10

If you're looking for a review on this game you've come to the wrong place, but if you're looking for an outstanding pie recipe you've come to the right place.

Ingredients:

6 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup water

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1 pinch salt

5 apples - peeled, cored and sliced

1 pastry for double-crust pie

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar, water, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and set aside.

Roll out half the pastry to fit a 9-inch pie plate. Place bottom crust in pie plate; pour in apple slices.

Roll out top crust into a 10-inch circle. Cut into 8 (1-inch) wide strips with a sharp paring knife or pastry wheel. Weave the pastry strips, one at a time, into a lattice pattern. Fold the ends of the lattice strips under the edge of the bottom crust and crimp to seal.

Pour butter-sugar mixture over top of pie, coating the lattice, and allowing any remaining sauce to drizzle through the crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and bake until the crust is golden brown, the caramel on the top crust is set, and the apple filling is bubbling, 35 to 40 more minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing.

Starfield Review – My 50+ Hours Experience

Maybe this is the first review posted on steam... We will see :D. Typically I don’t write reviews of games, so take this with a grain of salt. However, I want to share my experience over the last 5 days of early access and about 50+ hours into the game.

To start, this game is amazing. It checks many boxes that "No Man’s Sky" should have checked off at launch. This is not a comparison, but while many promises were met, a few seem to have fallen short. Thankfully, not many, and I’d argue that they are minor issues people are nitpicking about.

Pros
  • The world is vibrant and alive. Contrary to expectations, planets aren't barren, and cities are bustling.
  • Abundance of NPC's, making cities feel busy. Life-rich planets are densely populated.
  • Random content generation on every planet: Civil outposts, abandoned locations, ship landings, and more.
  • Combat is fluid, a departure from the clunkiness I associate with the Fallout series.
  • Minimal bugs considering the game's vastness. It feels polished.
  • Starship building is so great, it's like building legos
  • The storyline is lengthy. I’ve mainly ventured on side quests, yet it feels like I’ve barely scratched the surface. (I'd say I'm a 3rd of the way through the story if I was to guess.
  • The outpost feature, though I've only dabbled with it, is a great addition, will update review if needed later.

Cons
  • Some mechanics and elements are left unexplained, which can be confusing for some. I am a big fan of Elden Ring so didn't bother me much.
  • Planetary landings aren't as seamless as in "No Man’s Sky"; it is more like fast traveling.
  • Limitations in planetary exploration. While I personally don't mind, some players have taken issue with this. You can't walk around the whole planet, instead you land and it generates an RNG tile that is about 40 minutes across (so really big).
  • Biggest con: there's not enough cons for me to build out a true list. Game is just.... Good.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Starfield. But, as always, don't just take my word for it; check out some reviews on YouTube for a broader perspective.

Hands down the best game I own. Might not seem like I have many hours on steam, but I have 10x the amount on PS5.

The replayability on this game is insane, there's always something new to find. I have started so many characters from scratch and currently am enjoying mods. The seemless Co-op mod is great, about 50 hours in with friends.
