The Secret World so far has been an amazing immersive experiance, As you may have seen in other reviews this MMORPG isnt about combat or becoming the strongest character you can be. The games best features come from storytelling and immersion in a dark twisted modern-day world while letting the player go at their own pace and play how they want to.

Combat: The combat itself is pretty generic tab-target, but using cone attacks (aka shotgun blasts) free this up a bit and make it more about kiting and dodging.

Levelling/skills: As advertised the game has no character levels or class restrictions but you can only have up to 7 active and 7 passive skills set at any one time, aswell as a max of 2 weapons.

Questing/Missions: The game only lets you hold up to 6 missions at any one given time, 1 story mission, 1 dungeon mission, 1 main mission and 3 side missions but these arent the old "go kill x monster or gather x thing" quests which take under a minute to accomplish, Every quest be it side quest, story or main mission i've picked up and finished has provied pieces of information towards the events happening in the area, making everything alot more immersive and larger in scale. (Note: Investigation missions are quite tricky puzzle solvers that will make you pull your hair out trying to complete!)

Storytelling: As stated above this game is more focused on immersion and storytelling, but how good of a job does it do? Overall the voice acting from each new npc character you meet is extreemly well done and sets the mood, Quite like watching a dramatic horror/thriller film, This also adds depth to the areas you explore and try to pass through bit by bit.

Overall: If you're looking for a game thats big on action, easy questing, quick levelling or combat focused this game wont be for you, If however you want a game that racks your brain, makes you think, pulls you into its world and does a damn good job at keeping you there, Then i'd suggest picking up The Secret World.
