Homemade Chinese Chicken stock.

DRY INGREDIENTS

• 2 Tablespoon chicken powder
• 1 Tablespoon MSG
• 1/2 Tablespoon sugar
• 1 Tablespoon salt
• 1 Tablespoon white peppercorn

WET INGREDIENTS

• 1 Chicken carcass
• 3.5L Water
• 1 Large onion
• 1 Carrot
• 2x Dried squid
• 2 Slices ginger

INSTRUCTIONS

• Boil chicken bones for 10mins to remove scum.
• Wash bones under cold water.
• Boil fresh water and put cooked bones back in with ginger, carrot, onion and white pepper for 2 hours.
• Season soup with remaining ingredients and use it for all your Chinese cooking!
