Already very well done for where it's at. I can see that when polished, this game has the potential to be a great survival game. I like the idea of the progressive leveling system in place, the snow being dynamic is fun, and watching it melt from fire is satisfying. I'm hopeful to see more in the future and keep trying new features.

An underrated gem of a series that reinvented the genre and added more to it than others could hope to do at the time with such limited hardware. Rune Factory 3 is a smaller game, but there is a fondness in my heart for the nostalgia of playing it as a kid. This is definitely a game that can ease you into the series now that it's been remastered, as it is tremendously easy to pick up. The story isn't as grand as 4, which remains to be my favorite of the series even now, but it has a charm to it that can't be understated. If you're a fan of harvest moon, stardew valley, or any kind of farming sim/RPG game and you want to pick up this series, this is the best place to start as of right now. Also, Raven.

Early Access Review
I'll update this as it goes along, but so far it is a buy for me. There is a lot broken and missing at the moment, but the devs are very quickly fixing things at a rate I've never seen with an early access game. If you're new to the franchise, definitely go play Warband, because this game is no where near ready for new players. If you're a veteran, there is a lot of new and exciting features to be had, but there is also some frustrating setbacks as well. I myself have been forcing my way into finding every glitch and exploit I possibly can, and holy moly does this game have the motherload of them. Do not go into this expecting polish yet, go into it hoping to find the gold mine of hilarious, frustrating, and downright stupid glitches that can pair perfectly with mount & blade. This game is going to get better for sure, and it's one of very very few early access games I've ever given a try. As for the gameplay itself, it's M&B, you build up an army, become a jerk bandit and ransack caravans, or you could be a trader and make yourself rich off of an empire of caravans and workshops. But it all leads to a single goal, either become the general behind the greatest king in the land, or be that king and devour all who oppose you. 6/10 because of game breaking glitches and missing content, 9/10 when it all gets fixed.
