If you enjoy good games. Then play this game. No I will not be explaining any further.

Its a great game with fantastic depth in terms of crafting and the way you interact with the world. The aesthetic aspects of this game are amazing, things that are better stat wise, look better so you might have blood roses growing in a garden with a great blue torch in the middle to spread mist to protect you from the sun. You will have those roses growing as a valuable resource to put into graves to spawn skeletons to get more bones for other crafting. The path to optimization and cosmetic bliss are intrinsically linked and it makes everything look refreshingly dark and Gothic like you would imagine in all of your goth dreams.

Something emblematic of how successful this game is in combining the aesthetics with game play is with the sunlight and shade. In the day staying in sunlight causes damage and eventually kills so you are encouraged to stay in the shade in trees or go out at night. That as well as the slightly too bright glare of the sun makes the sunlight feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. In contrast the dark feels like a cool comfortable veil of shade to rest in and move around. I got so used to this in fact that when playing other games like Elden Ring I was hiding in the shade subconsciously and relishing in the dark. I did not know about this game before it came out I did not see trailers I did not see the hype but this is exactly what I and many others have been looking for.

In all seriousness this is an actually good game some of the translations can be confusing but there is a community system with an open public forum that albeit rough is functional and allows for people to get tips and tricks. If you want to get actually good advice go to top rated there will be nonsense memes but also some good advice in there. Overall a good game and I will be looking at everything this studio does in the future to look out for more gems good job guys.

Its a good game seems a little harder than CK2 just because everyone makes alliances with everyone else so invading is harder but that might just be bad RNG.

Complicated and takes some time to get into the swing of things I am still in the interim state where I am trying to figure out what to do I know how to do things but not how to plan them out its a learning experience but I am enjoying it so far.

Its a good game by itself and infinitely better with the right people to play it with
