Hello, I remember one of your vids where you said 'A straight line is the optimal path as it's the shortest'.
Thinking and experimenting with this thought, I noticed something. Picture yourself trying to aim towards something northwest, but twice more west than north.
I noticed you can reach the target in two ways:
1. Wrist leftward movement while adjusting upward via finger/arm, the natural way via straight line.
2. Similar as #1, but upward adjustment accelerates more at first, then wrist horizontal takes over later, resulting in an arc.

I seem to find #2 more natural. Is it simply what I'm more used to? How do we determine which is "objectively" optimal/the most convenient for the majority/normal anatomy?
Do you know any study/test that covered this? If you have any vid about this already, please let me know.
