This is the culmination of 13 years of iteration. It feels grandiose, the pinnacle of the genre FromSoftware poured over a decade of effort into perfecting, and boy do I enjoy it.

In the eternal words of Reggie Fils-Aimé, "If it's not fun, why bother?" and this is the most fun I've had with a game since 2012, my first time with Dark Souls.
