A lot are bright/chaotic for my taste but I just click random until I find a nice one.
Maybe I need to make use of changing the sensitivity more with the up/down arrow keys.

I've been using Cream of the Crop (9,795 presets)

R - random preset
spacebar - lock preset

F1 - show keybinds
F3 - show name (useful for screenshots if you found one you like. Screenshots F12 on steam)

Ctrl+I - select next audio input device

up/down arrow keys - beat sensitivity
