I played Alice entirely with a keyboard...and not going to lie....some parts were a little difficult with it. Especially the parts where you're timed. Some of those "have to shoot the red switches with the pepper gun" was hard and might have been easier with a controller. I did eventually get to the end, however, with just the keyboard..so it can be done.
I have not yet beat the final boss with it, though.

Aside: I think games are easier as a whole with a controller and I've been wanting to get one for awhile, but keep putting it off.
There's this part in Darksiders 2 that, I've read, is pretty much impossible to get by without a controller...and I've reached that part and, so far, am finding that's true. So I may have to get one myself if I ever hope to pass this part.
