If you like to invest yourself in games and fall in love with the story and characters, this is for you.

If you like it when media makes you cry, this is for you.

You have to invest yourself in this kind of thing. If you just hold LMB and run at all the enemies it'll probably be boring.
Just immerse yourself.

Pros:
Story was really fun.
Atmosphere was very intense at times.
New items are cool
New map is cool
Interesting new mechanics with the scanning tool and the little drone.

Cons:
Performance is pretty poor in some areas
I was under the impression I should be gathering loot and storing up varying weapons and ammo, but there's no point and it'll be taken away from you.
Side missions are interesting to look at but largely irrelevant. There's a place that lets you release 4 captured friendlies but you never see them again. I thought they'd return to my camp or something.
Felt a bit lost at times. There's no GPS so you have to use the map, compass and landmarks to figure out where you are.
Your character and his voice is kinda annoying. He's just a ♥♥♥♥ to one of the other characters. Maybe it's just american 'banter'.

6/10

Played a couple matches until I ranked up to level 5. The game feels like some sort of mix between Red Orchestra and Insurgency, and the general atmosphere is amazing and the kind I do not often see.

Pros:
-Very high quality sounds. You can hear footsteps from the floor above you as enemies and friendlies rush around, The sound of the weapons firing is also amazing and truly has you immersed in the combat.
-Glorious environment. The overgrowth in the maps truly sets the post-apocalyptic tone very well, and not only does it make the maps appear absolutely amazing, but the foliage actually provides good hiding spots.
-Free to Play guns are good enough to give you a fighting chance.
-Customisation is present even without spending money, albeit with ranked restrictions. You wanna look suave? Gotta work for it.
-Realistic damage model, to an extent. If you get hit at all, chances are you're dead, bleeding out (then dying), or half dead. If you hit a guy in the face, they're dead, if you hit them in the leg, they'll slow dramatically. Powerful weapons like the mosin 'starter weapon' can kill anyone with one shot, their drawback being their bolt action mechanism.
-It's just a generally beautiful game.

Cons:
-P2W is present. Despite my earlier point, players can very easily buy the premium currency and buy considerably better weapons with it, making it much more difficult for people playing with standard in game currency.
-Low recoil (could be considered a benefit, to be honest) makes long range SMG shooting relatively easy.
-FPS dips in some points. Granted, I do not have a very good processor so that may be down to my own lack of power.
-Team killing is awful. For whatever reason, people decide they're master trolls and shoot anyone in their own team, making your own score much worse than it could be, and if you retaliate you also lose points. There's no way to stop team killers.

I definitely recommend this game.

Bought this game on PC for the nostalgia from my PS2 days, great decision. Despite its incredibly aged graphics, the fast paced gameplay stands up to the likes of Doom and and other arcade shooters, with the gore to go along with it (decapitations and gallons of blood galore). The storyline is good, leading the player to action around pretty much every corner. But the best part is that you can arrest fat people for obstruction. Seriously, buy it.

An prime example of an excellent RPG if I've ever seen one.

This game is filled with expansive lore and incredibly developed characters, each with their own unique and believable personalities. The main story puts you right into the position of responsibility to bring peace to the lands of Ferelden, your actions will matter. Along with the captivating main and side quests, there's also the companion system. You can develop your relationship with each of your companions, doing things they agree with will get you into their good books, doing things they deem bad will make them disaprove of you. Whether a companion likes you or dislikes you, each will have an effect on the way they act towards you through means of unique dialogue choices and actions.

The gameplay is reminiscent of classical RPGs and MMOs, squad control and a hotbar filled with special abilities and fighting techniques.

If you're a fan of story-driven or fantasy filled RPGs, I reccomend this game to you.
