Hmmm where should i start.....snapmap

Snapmap: snapmap is a great idea but whether or not they have created that idea properly is to be argued.
its got infuriating restrictions and when your not the one creating the maps you rarely every actually see a good map, its nothing wrong with the people who make them its just that the same gamemodes keep popping up because those are the only ones you can make.

Multiplayer: Very fun, very competetive, great idea, the issue is though....it needs to be balanced, ive seen videos, reviews all talk about the same thing........The chaingun and the rocket launcher......never heard of this, Ohhhh you should be scared of these weapons. Chaingun: very accurate long range, high damage, and basically whoever isn't using this is probably using the rocket launcher or they are a demon or a rank 1. Rocket launcher: such high damage, rockets travel so fast, aoe damage is so high......shall i go on.

Now the best for last CAMPAIGN

Campaign: this is honestly the best part about doom, fun action packed combat with an amazing boost jump system(Advance warfare, take notes) and tactical gameplay on harder difficulties, wide variety of different demons for you to massacre/rip heads open, wide and i mean wide variety of guns and customization options for the guns which means no playthrough will ever be the same. Storyline is to be desired but even still you really dont care about a storyline when your too busy ripping demons bodies apart.

Overall Doom has the potential to be an excellent game.....snapmap has some upcoming features which should make it a lot better....multiplayer really needs some balancing but i still dont think ID has realised the unbalance in the guns in the multiplayer(honestly i can say more than once the rest of the people in my match were using either the chaingun or the rocket launcher, granted the chaingun and rocket launcher can be overcome if you use tactics and skill but when there is that many its a bit hard when three chainguns are spinning at you)

Edit: i have recently just heard about the recent nerf that has gone into effect on june 10 that affects the chaingun, the rocket launcher and the combat shotgun, this hasn't worked, the reason i didnt notice it was because it has made no different(well apart from everyone who was using the chaingun has now switched to the rocket launcher and there are now lobbies full of rocket launchers).
