basically i figured it out. Digital Extremes made a game called Dark Sector. But back in Dark Sector's concept stages, they had a completely different idea and game vision than the final version of Dark Sector. In short, they scrapped original ideas of Dark Sector, came up with a new story for the title Dark Sector, then resurrecting their original concept in to a game now known as Warframe :) there ya have it, that footage below is the reason why Warframe is in development!
