It was a great game before they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it up with the new matchmaking.

You'll enter a game with 3 players that are braindead and 1 that plays decently, while the enemy team are great. And then you'll get deranked after 4 wins and 1 loss.

Valve ruined this game so much...
