The phlog was OP but not that op, it was only OP because it was so easy to use, it was pretty easy to fight, since pyro needs to be close, the taunt is your headstart, see an uber pyro taunting? gtfo and spam rockets that he can no longer reflect
The change was good, only real gamechanger is the lack of health back now
Also the point about damage resist being better than invulnerability makes no difference, invuln is better because the taunt lasts 2/3 seconds and that much time capping wont change much at all
