The spawn rate increase made the game feel tedious. Thanks for all this cool ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ heavy armor, now its worthless cause if I don't run stealth in solo I just eat ♥♥♥♥ if no one happens to join my game, I regret the time I've played this game because of these changes. now playing well to survive is just running around frustratingly, and not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ engaging with enemies in a horde shooter.

I no longer have fun with helldivers, I hope you all enjoy the new exosuit

I would like to say that even though the entry barrier is still a bit harsh for newer players to overcome in terms of sheer bloodpoints needed to start making builds, that is being further reduced soon. Honestly, I find dbd better than ever as a killer player, the ability to not have to stress over slow down perks and be able to focus on chase more than ever is exciting. I can play clown and with a good chase build can actually perform good, and to anyone who hasn't played that is the agreed upon one of the WORST characters, turning into a solid character if played decently. That's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ big. a killer with little to no map control due to changes in game mechanics and with a decent build made for chasing, is actually solid.

I get that some survivors hate this ♥♥♥♥ right now, but I can't really speak for that, I've played a solid amount but I just don't care about winning on survivor, going as far to force the killer to take me if everyone else has already escaped and playing celine dion while they do it. I play survivor for fun in a totally different way than killer that hasn't been impacted anything but positively this patch as my main build is unhook based.

But if you wanna be a survivor player, the base game survivors perks will do you good
if you want to be a killer player, get the bundle on sale if you can, or if you want to specifically focus on chase based gameplay get. Myers, trickster, and pinhead, if you're buying for perks
The build I run uses a perk from each (Save the best for last, No way out, and Deadlock, the 4th being a base killer perk called jolt)
hell that build could work well on myres too so you've already got a decent dlc killer to run the build on.
and though there are some specific outliers, I think getting those perks, by prestigeing those 3 killers, on everyone else could be good with it too. I think from a killer perspective even though you still have to sink an extra bit of money, the game feels good finally.

Though there's a bit of a steep learning curve, after about a week of playing, it gets much more fun the more you play.
