TL;DR: The game is fun and enjoyable as you would expect however could do with "more" content and ironing out bugs/performance.



Following about 7 years (possibly more) of development work it still could've used another year or two to either make more playable content in the main story to fill the gaps where you are waiting for x,y, or z to happen or to iron out all the bugs/physics issues that occur and to optimize the game further for both console and PC as even with a mid/high end system like mine i still experience mas frame drops in certain moments that could no doubt be fixed by reducing/pro longing something . An example being that whenever you crash into something easily destructible you can get thrown off of the bike and sent about 20 metres away.
Other then the issues that need ironing out the game seems to do well with a wide variety of characters (although quite possibly too many supposing you have a set amount per district plus the ones in main/side story's) and good story/character development although my bar may be low in that regard since i mainly play online games.

Bought due to a friend.Started out confused.still confused.
10/10 would be confused again
