Only very minor experience with PoE1, so everything was very new to me.

Good:
- It feels like a real, fresh challenge
- Bosses look cool
- Lots of people playing, so there is a big community to engage with

Bad:
- 80% of how to get stronger, deal more damage, etc. is not explained in the game
- Ascendancy is not explained in the game and I still kind of don't understand it
- I have only upgraded defensive items for 20 levels now and still use a lot of gear I dropped at the start of the game because there isn't anything that is straight up better
- Build variety is limited and quite railroaded
- Not a lot of room for creativity with builds
- Trading isn't explained
- Lots of unnecessary, fancy shaders and effects that just make my old PC suffer. Not a lot of "Low" quality settings for graphics
- Redoing your build is very expensive. If you want to redo your build, be prepared to save every single coin of gold you can in the next 20-30 hours of play
- Nerfs are extremely punishing, aiming to destroy interactions and not find a balance
- Boss fights are really just dodge rolling 80% of the time and there is a lot of bosses to fight
- Even finishing the campaign begins to feel like a slog because the game play is so repetitive.
- You can't really increase how fast you go and some classes have 0 ability to affect that besides maybe some movement speed modifiers on their boots. So you're stuck dragging yourself through huge maps with two crippled stumps. Be ready for endless melee enemies that will gap close and run significantly faster than you

Conclusion:
Just wait until it's out of early access. Going to be a lot less frustrating to play it then I hope. Your whole build might be nuked after 30+ hours on one character. If you don't mind that, give it a try!

I'm not interested in unnecessarily submitting my private information to another company - whom I'm wholly uninterested with in being associated with. A disappointment for every casual player! Sad!

They never fix any problems. They only introduce new content and new stuff to sell to you, which still breaks the game completely for weeks. I can't play. Maybe some of the new problems they introduce they can patch out again. "We fixed the issues", no you simply made new ones and then went back to the amount of bugs and problems we had before. :( I crash to desktop most of the time. If I connect, I get lag issues. No issues with any other multiplayer game. No matter what I do everything always works for all other games. Only not for Apex. Nothing can fix it. Why can't you just make your game not run like crap? Stop adding stuff and making it worse every time!
