Sometimes it can be a bit slow for fish, but it is best to see what times the fish are highest at the certain place that you are and to use proper bait and techniques, which I really enjoy. I have always loved fishing and grew up in Missouri where I could do it more often, but living in Wisconsin now, it's nice to have a way to relax into the activity of fishing at any time I would like to (plus visit the Mud River which is in Missouri).

I'm still a rookie at this game, but I'm loving the realism and how it isn't P2W in the slightest. The graphics are also beautiful, the AI for the fish is realistic, and the physics work together great.

For being an Early-Access Game, this is incredibly fantastic! A little hard to get used to in the beginning, but that is simply because of how intricate and detailed the survival aspect of the game is. You have to check yourself regularly for leeches, wounds, infections, plus know which bandage to make to treat each wound: a laceration wound will become infected if you just throw any bandage on it, but if it becomes infected you have to find maggots to eat the infection. You have to collect and eat food using actual macros (fat, carbs, protein, and also water) plus be sure that the water you drink and foods you eat won't give you parasites. The crafting and construction system evolves by discovery as opposed to learning new skills as you level up (you don't just level up, only gang skill points in what you do most of and become more efficent) and the gathering system is more complex than most survival games, but in an immersive way as opposed to being a grind.
I haven't played single-player or story yet (aside from tutorial), but co-op is extremely fun so far. There are a few bugs, but that is to be expected. Honestly, if you are considering buying this game, do it now because you are getting a game that I would normally pay much more for, but due to being here at the beginning you get a great price and get to support the game as it (most certainly) grows!

Extremely glitched and the client crashes repeatedly, also the actions take a few seconds before they enable and the gameplay animations stutter and cause me to become nauseous.

The only way to get food is to hopefully find another player that is on who doesn't kill you on site and will feed you, or to wait until you are starving and hope your growth has gone by enough that you might be able to survive and not be killed in 2-shots by mobs that as a fresh dragon or wyvern you cannot outrun and have no abilities to fight against aside from getting close and biting.

The only reason I spent as much time in this game as I did was because I have always wanted a good dragon simulation/survival game with things to do and I bunkered down until I could fly in hopes that would make the game at least interesting.

It is a large map with nothing in it, the flying glitches constantly, and at this point it is just a loose "Dragon sleeping and/or dying simulator."

I am extremely disappointed and hope that sometime in the future a half-way decent survival/simulation game about dragons will be created.

Do NOT spend money on this game. If anything, wait to see if the developers of this game add actual content of their own and features that work before you purchase it. Put it on the wishlist for now if you want, but I will surely look elsewhere!

Update: You are missing out if you do not buy this game now while it is still in Early Access. It definitely has its fair share of bugs, but it is fantastic and will only get better. I have now officially purchased this game 5 times (Main account, alt-account, second alt-account, and bought for two friends for them to play with me... I might have a problem lol.)

Has a bit of a learning curve, but thus far it is a lot of fun. Despite my small pack being attacked by a larger pack of Utahraptors, the experience was/is still fun and I look forward to seeing what the developers do and how the game turns out later on. I do not recommend playing this game using speakers unless they are very good surround sound, because you really need to hear what direction the sounds are coming from to catch your prey or avoid being someone else's dinner.
