Raft is a great game and a lot of fun to play with friends. It's a fairly new game and is constantly being updated thanks due to the great developers. They listen to the community and give us what we want to always keep the game fresh and new feeling. However, the game does get repetative between updates, but you can find something new to do in a different game mode.

It's the most innovative shooter I've played in years.

This game saved me from type four pancreatic cancer when it was terminal. I love this game with so much passion. It is the most beautiful creation that has ever existed and I think that God himself has blessed this game. It's so wonderful and the plotline is the most intriguing thing I have ever seen. And it is even MULTIPLAYER!!!! I'm baffled at the graphics and how realistic they are for the time it was made. I thought that real actors were used to make this game. The tournaments are nailbiting and I am always on the edge of my seat watching this game. I would pay thousands to play this game, but I GOT IT FOR A BUCK DURING THE SALE!!! 100/10 WOULD BUY AGAIN!!!

It's a pretty fun game, great concept, but there are many things wrong with it.
First is the mechanics. There isn't any sideways momentum, so you have to look at where you want to go if you want any boost off of the trucks. Aswell with side movement, you have no control over yourself in the air unless you are moving forward, so htting A or D is a very big risk. The forward momentum is extremely different from the side momentum. If you run forward and jump off of the truck, you go flying up to 2 or 3 trucks forward if sprinting. You have to be extremely careful when moving and you have to understand the momentum if you want to get anywhere. The hitboxees are also very strange. You don't know how big or small or anything about your character. He appears to be short, but if you barely fall off of the truck you die. Sometimes you fall through the smallest gap imaginable, and sometimes you will die from a tree that is over a foot away.
The movement of the trucks has no pattern whatsoever. Without reason, the trucks will veer another direction, most of the time resulting in your death. Each truck takes a different path every turn, and most of the time they randomly dart to the border of the map.
The game also has very poor resolution. If you have a large moniter, you will see in a corner every steam notification you have gotten while playing, and sometimes you can see a small part of the menu at the bottom of the screen. You can only choose one type of graphics, which they call fantastic, even though it looks terrible. Everything in the game is one solid color and looks like plastic. The shadows are rendered poorly aswell.
If the developers spend more time on this game and update the graphics and mechanics, this game would be amazing.
