This game was something special in itself for 4 years straight, nothing compared, I loved the fact that I could come onto the game and have a different experience every single time I played - whether it be trolling around with mates, or playing the game for objective

It started to deteriorate around late 2014, after the update for Hotline Miami DLC was released, but even though the game showed signs of cracks, it still held its integrity

I racked up 1000+ hours of gameplay on my original account(being this account has dramatically much less gameplay, I shouldnt have to add the fact that its my second account lol), so what happens yesterday? I log into steam to find a 5.7GB update for Payday 2

I in myself, got excited, i thought "oh boy, what do overkill have in store now for such a big update!?"


And thats exactly what I, as well as many others got - an overkill of an update

Further nerfed guns, OP pistols and AR's, MICROTRANSACTIONS FOR STUPID UNNEEDED SKINS(There was NOTHING wrong with guns, they just needed to be BALANCED!!!!), and a bunch of premium crappy add ons!

Sad to say now, this game - of what was once an amazing game which i could thoroughly enjoy, has finally tipped the scale from "cracked" to "broken", this game for I, as well as others is now a past-time.

Spoderman rates you 2/10 for a poor update which totally killed the game for me. I do not see myself continuing to play Payday 2 until this is fixed, and the game is restored to what was once a magnificent 10/10 game for me.

Im sorry - Its a no from me until further notice. Do not purchase.
