I've been playing this game since July 2017 on PS4 and only until 2020 when I got my PC did I move to PC, so I have well over 5k hours in this game and I can proudly say, I love/hate this game like many others. The game has had many ups and downs but no matter what I will always return. Any game like that deserves to be recommended. I love this game like a sibling and only want to see the devs do good with it. The devs do tend to be survivor biased and killers will always be annoyed with SWFs groups (Survive with Friends) but once you can get passed it and understand some games are just out of your hands, you'll have more fun. Survivor is by far the more relaxing side as weird as it sounds. Once you get better you will have almost no problem being chased for minutes on end on some maps.

TLDR- It's worth the purchase for sure.

New Review: Over time they've shown more and more to not give a ♥♥♥♥ about their killer community and i'm tired of it. They consistently nerf killer sided things that don't need nerfs, don't fix bugs after years of them existing, peddle cosmetics while the game is unplayable, and refuse to ban cheaters while banning the mod community that made better cosmetics than they ever have. BHVR has lost all respect and my faith in them. I don't recommend this game anymore until they stop being biased and fix the issues that have plagued the game for years. Maybe BHVR is the plague...

TLDR- It's not worth the purchase anymore.

TLDR- It's worth the purchase again. They keep flip flopping so much, one second they care about balance and the next they care more about balance only on ONE side. Theyve been doing really good for a while though so i'll update my review again.

People say its a DBD clone, but i wouldnt say that: Its more than that. This game is pretty fun despite me not getting the hang of hiding just yet but id really recommend this game if you want something fun and intense to pass some time during these hard times. ;)

edit- Yeah they failed miserably lol. didnt even properly update the game so im changing my review on top of them bringing the servers down after doing nothing about their dying fanbase

Very good gameplay, takes me back to the original and i love the feeling. Cant wait for the release.
