I played this game at least 4 or so times on PS4, and I am back to play this on PC, and I have absolutely no regrets starting a new file on PC. Play this game if you haven't already, it is 100% worth your time!

Well damn... it's about time I played this game.

I got this game like, about, 5 years ago? Not even really sure. I got it with the Orange Box, and I am unsure how I got it exactly, I may or may not have gotten it from a friend... Anyways, on with the Review:

I got, played, enjoyed, loved, got enraged, and then ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ADORED this masterpiece of a game! This game is very VERY fun, and along with that, I have to say that... I am aboard the bandwagon of people that long for Half Life 3, as well... this game grabbed me by the throat, told me "I will make you like me if it kills me" and it did just that... I played it, and loved every minute of it...

For me, I will say there were very few things I didn't like about Half Life 2, and those issues that I do have, have either been fixed in the kind of, mini sequels, Episodes 1 & 2, or are just very minor.

My main few complaints are as follows: Weapons always seem to be running out of ammo rather quickly, and the damage makes me sometimes feel like I'm fighting an Antlion Guard with a Nerf Gun... however, it at least feels like this issue was fixed in Episode 2, so eh, whatever.

I also have to say, there are a lot of kinda cheap ways to die, which to be fair, that was sometimes common in the earlier 2000s, which is when Half life 2 was released, so I can't REALLY harp on Half Life 2 for that, but I can't deny that I was sitting there a couple times getting a little bit of frustration welled up inside of me every once in a while.

But, that is basically it for my small complaints, and also, some of these might just be me, not quite sure, but, whatever.

As for my scoring for Half Life 2:

Story: 5/5

Gameplay: 5/5

Setting: 5/5

Overall Personal Experience: 7/5

Total: 22/20 Definately would recommend this game, for sure.

Phoenominal game, I have always LOVED games like this, and this game has realistic characters in a world that is believable, and still manages to be in a fantasy setting.

Something I love about this game is the fact that it is not really what I was expecting... Admittedly, I kinda made fun of the game when I first heard of it, thinking "oh god, not a Dragon Dating Sim" and so I went in just to make my friend happy... but after meeting the characters, and seeing what the world was like, and all of the things, I WAS HOOKED!

I want to try and get big youtubers to try this game out... just because I wanna see their reactions to this... And also because this game deserves more love than it has right now!

Now, obviously, the game isn't Perfect, oh hell no. There are still the occassional cringe of "Oh, why is that in the background" Like... I remember seeing a human female bathroom sign in one of the buildings... however, my biggest issues are basically just minor gripes. Other than that, I would DEFINATELY recommend this game...

DO NOT let the theme, and characters, and design elements fool you, this game isn't just some Furry/Scalie Dating Sim game, oh no, this game is worth playing for ANYONE, I felt like I was having conversations with ACTUAL people in the game... I beg you to at least TRY the game, and give it an honest go, I guarantee you won't be sorry! :D

-Warning, review will contain at least one spoiler, do not read after the scores if you don't want it spoiled-
An amazing, and scary entry to the series.
Atmosphere: 10/10 terrifying
Gameplay: 10/10 Fluent
Tension: 9.9/10 Very on edge feel
scariness: 10/10 terrifying, the jumpscares always seem to get me, no matter how much I play.
Controls: 10/10 Very Fluent, and very smooth
Total: 10/10 Very scary!

I Recommend this game to all people that love horror games, and ALL FNAF fans, regardless if you don't much like the 2nd and 3rd games, this game sticks closer to the original, the only animatronics, are Chica, Bonnie, Freddy, Foxy, and Golden Freddy (a.k.a Fredbear) and the controls are more or less the same, the only thing that's different in this game is that Freddy doesn't go to the halls, he is behind you, shine your flashlight back there every once and a while, for if you don't... it might spell the end for you...

Overall Rating: Recommended for all horror fans, and FNAF fans, regardless if you didn't like FNAF 2 or 3
