good n' easy to use

If you like playing competitive multiplayer against others, or playing for the fast pace no-break grind, I'd recommend this game. I really enjoyed AoE 2 growing up, and this game is missing some very important key features of that game, including Treaty Options with other (AI) players, Map Editor, and more PvE elements.

The AI on the easiest level is SUPER aggressive, there is no economy building during peace time, because there is no peace time. It's 0 - 100 grind out your army the second the game starts or you will be over-run in 5 minutes. It feels like you need to speedrun the ages every time you play, there is no "playing casually" alongside some easier AI.

Game is infuriating how it feels designed to make you lose, but is still somehow addicting and very fun. Would like to see a "freeplay" mode though, where you go against random decks with more lives, and is more of a neutral ground instead of always stacking the odds against you.

Takes my computer like 10 minutes to close the game, sometimes longer. Alt+f4 or closing normally both the same result. But I still love this game, one of those slower burns where you get to see your party slowly expand and become more efficient over time. Recommend to anyone who isnt looking for a casual easy to play game.

My favorite "Idle" game, great to mindlessly play and drive while listening to podcasts or something. I do wish the difficulty was higher though, and there was more complex buildings to explore. once you get a gun, nothing is really dangerous, and once you have lots of fuel / water / oil, nothing is a threat at all. It would be cool to see more challenges to the driver, like large groups of people with weapons, sandstorms that will bring down the condition of your car, and other things that would put small breaks in the ability to drive for 2 full hours and have no reason to stop. The addition of the need for food / water does this great! But this is all so far it seems.

So basically, if a girl asks for a straw and you don't make sure she has a straw, you don't deserve her.

seriously though, super short game. I enjoyed the little bit I played, but really wish it was longer. and the story was more branching, instead of "You didnt make sure Abbey had a straw, Abbey is now too good for you".

I bought this game for a non-gaming laptop that I have several other games on (Arma 3 / CsGo / Flight Sim; etc). Initial loading room is totally fine and super smooth, 60+fps.... Once I actually start the game though, I get around 5 fps if that, in bursts. game is practically unplayable like this, and I have all graphics on lowest setting. I WOULD recommend this game to anyone who has a gaming specific laptop or expensive gaming computer, but not to anyone with a casual computer. I do not want a refund as I hugely support any and all SCP games, but I hope you fix this so people like me can play the game in the future.
