Gameplay and story are a 10/10, no doubt.

Game is broken. Completely unplayable on a dual monitor setup, downgrading is now impossible, and ads are plastered into your face.

I will not forgive gearbox for ruining it. STEER. CLEAR.

Game has EOMM / SBMM which limits the amount of worldwide players you can match with. Wholly unenjoyable, extremely competitive experience. Will not be supporting this, same thing as current COD.

Drugs are healthier than this. Highly recommend.

With the new animations, honestly this game is a great competitor for a 16v16 shooter (infantry conquest, for all the battlefield players).

New animations are smooth, the guns feel nice.

Suggestion: try to map different sounds for the rifles. M4 and AK sound the exact same.
Suggestion2: maybe allowing the crosshair to stay centered would be nice. Causes me motion sickness personally.

UDPATE to the below. This game was overwhelmingly negative before they renamed it to "Call of Duty" without the MWII part. The company is a weasel and a coward for review manipulation.


Okay, now that I've played all the modes that the game offers and experienced a ton of the progression, here's my say.

Positives:
+Game looks fine. Modern warfare 2019 but more yellow.
+Game plays mostly fine. After the bug fixes, it seems to both run and play as intended.
+Campaign is fun. Good use of my 5 hours that it took to complete.
+Spec ops isn't suffering like in MW2019.

Negatives:
-Way too expensive.
-UI sucks. Get rid of it and give us our old UI back please.
-SBMM. Since the latest update, SBMM is extremely aggressive and actively impacts your hit registration and aim assist.
-Glitches and bugs.
-Campaign sometimes soft-locks, and it's annoying to have to restart the entire mission because it refuses to progress.
-On the topic of Campaign, the Tank Graves boss fight is textbook terrible boss design.
-Twitch drops cannot be redeemed.
-Bugged camo progression

Overall: 3 out of 10. Campaign is 7 out of 10, Spec Ops is 5 out of 10, Multiplayer is 1 out of 10.
Final Verdict: No longer a recommendation. Avoid like a plague.

To the developers,

Given that this is a small Uni-Team developed game, for what it is, it is very impressive.

Mechanics mostly feel tight and satisfying, I can recognize the inspiration from movement shooters like Doom and Titanfall.

This is a personal gripe, but I'd say that the inertia (both in air and on ground) needs to be toned down maybe by 5-7% and it would be perfect... but that's just small-time DOOM Eternal enjoyer feedback.

Keep up the good work! Will definitely recommend this to friends.
