Early-Access-Rezension
This game is full of inappropriate content. AND. There's no actual community; less than ~10% of players actually go out so socialize, those that crawl out of their icky little hobbit holes into public worlds just seem to work on flux or some other weird mechanic ♥♥♥♥ OR they're looking to hook up with some poor soul (I've seen it a million times).

I've had my fun with my friends in this game because you can just do whatever you want wherever you want whenever you want basically. But if you're here to socialize? No. Bad idea. VRChat has an actual community of people you can interact with, sure there are bad actors however, resonite, on the other hand has no community. (And it's full of degenerates and SEX)

It's basically an over complicated mess of a game and community. I respect the creators and actual players but, really man; curate an actual community. Make the game more accessible to those who can't play or run it (I've got a really good PC and I get on average 20 FPS). Make it less complicated too. I've never had to work harder to play a game in my whole life.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had bad experiences. I do want to quickly point out though that the behavior you're describing in a public session is a violation of platform guidelines. You can report these incidents to the moderation team at https://moderation.resonite.com/

Resonite's moderation team actually cares a lot and will help you out. I've never experienced a similarly well moderated / mature community in any other social game in the past. I use Resonite for both socialization and creation, and according to the results of the recent survey (see announcements), I'm far from the only one.

The complexity of the creation tools are somewhat inherent to them being tools that allow you to interface with the world in a similar maner as you would in other game engines. They are powerful, but you don't have to use them if you're not interested in using them!

Also, major performance optimizations are planned as the next development focus, as per the result of the recent survey.
