I played this franchise since i was 10 years old, i played all the budokai's and tenkaichi's when they were new.
this is what tenkaichi 3 looked like to me when i was young.
now its actually here and i am more than happy!

Having bought the ultimate edition, i am slightly disappointed the music packs arent included, but the game more than makes up for it with the soundtrack present.
The fighting system is very familiar with lots of add-ons and polish.
There are a few minor problems, but they're so minor im sure they will be fixed in the near future but here are some of them :
- when starting a world tournament my game crashes.
- vanishing followups sometimes miss and the opponent just awkwardly flies past you.
- lots of the story is done through freeze panels and frames with text overlayed.

heres the good stuff!
- the graphics! the game looks gorgeous! unbelievable how the techniques look & feel! though the explosion FX feel a bit...lacking? the character models are on point with a lot of alternative skins. (vegeta pink shirt, F yeah!)
- the music, its good! really good!
- the combat, its fluent, though at times it can go so fast that the camera has trouble keeping up.
- the tutorials are very detailed and allow for lots of exploration.
- custom scenario, you can create your own battles with narrative you choose, characters, camera angles, you text, and have other players online play them!
- the character roster, basically any major player is there and even a lot of minor ones, lots of good stuff in here and im hoping to see DLC that expands the roster even more! ill be buying it for sure!

overall, this game is a solid 10/10!
