Hi Steam Support,

It looks like my request that I sent before this one has been closed. I'm just curious how anyone have been able to accept the trade from my account but not from my phone.

I googled "Can you trade immediately after you changed authenticator?" The steam answer was "Trades created within the first 7 days of adding the authenticator will still have up to a 15 day trade hold."

So I kindly want to know how this all happened, how I got hacked, how my account got hijacked and how all my skins were stolen and sent to another steam account if I personally have not accepted any trades from my Iphone that is linked to my Steam Account.

I got a SMS from "Verify" saying "The code to disable or move your steam authenticator is: XXXX (codes I first saw after all my skins were gone) and I can also see there's been attempts to sign in into my account from Russia (if that's not VPN). But how is it even possible for someone to accept the trade if the authenticator is on my device which I've not been using for accepting ANYTHING (I've not even been using the steam app).

And somehow in a really mysterious way how did the hijackers got through to change or remove my authenticator if the "verify" codes were sent to me? And if they even then managed to remove it or tried to link another device for authenticator, why isn't there a trade hold on the trade? So I could have a chance to cancel the offer. That's what I just googled and steam have answered: Trades created within the first 7 days of adding the authenticator will still have up to a 15 day trade hold, but there was none?

It would've been another deal if it was an API scam were I accepted the trade from my own iPhone. Now I havn't done that. And how could the trade not have been on hold if that is what it says that is going to happen if you change / remove authenticator?

If a trade hold occured I would've probably been able to cancel it before it took place and furher on how did the trade got confirmed from the very start if I was the one having the authenticator on my iphone. Even the "Verify" codes were sent to me, - i'm assuming for resetting MY authenticator meaning a attempt for removing or adding another authenticator-device which in both actions should result in a trade hold, right? But there was none.

Lastly when I check my trade history I can click on every acount I've traded with before and I can view their profile but I can't view the profile that all my skins have gone to, so I can't report it either?
