Imagine having 50 dollars in your pocket, Using the money to fix your car. Then after fixing the car a few months later your shop tells you that you cant drive your car and hold it hostage unless you join other service. Maybe the service is free but why would I be forced into a service that my car does not need.

Now apply this to a PC user who just spend money on this game to play it on steam, not on PS but on Steam/PC. So at least Steam/Valve is a good consumer leading company and refunded people who lost access due to PS accounts not being available in 170 countries. However people who are stuck with the game are now either swindled out of 50 dollars or are forced to get a PS account.

Basically save your money if you did not get the game or refund it if you can to teach companies that this type of rug pulling is not acceptable. Sony should loose clients/consumer money for this rug pulling action.

As for me I am stuck with this game due to the Steam refund policy. Money could have been spent better on a hike or something more healthy of a habit.

Stay strong gamers and punish publishers for theft and rug pulling.

TLDR:
Actively punishing stealth in a robbery game with same money and XP gain as if you did loud.
AI inconsistent vision, mf solja boy fan with that superman x-ray vision
Gun leveling is forced with loud exits
Weapons feel weak in respect to how strong the AI guns are
The weapon attachments are not quantifying the benefits and thus making it a feeling thing forcing you to try them instead of giving a direct description of how it will impact your gun (the bars don't mean anything)

More Detail:
Now that i have played the game for 14 hours and reached lvl 20 i can make the proper assessment of the game excluding the launch issues with the servers.
- Will i play the game? - yes it is still fun to play just like the original and the second release.
- What am I not happy about or satisfied with? - The AI / NPC / Bots have inconsistent vision perception. The difficulty does change the quality of the vision but even if you have the same difficulty on the back to back run the AI will randomly be able to see you when you cant see them. Example: I walked past a guard in a restricted area, i didn't even know he was a guard and just thought it was a civ due to the clothing and lighting effects making the guard look like a civ with those bland colors used. However my friend who was hiding behind a truck was somehow visible and received a warning to be escorted out of the private area. So I would highly encourage you to be vigilant of your surrounding and to not trust the visibility of what you have. Your vision is like one of a mole rat, piss poor, while the AI can see you thru frosted glass and yet at the same time cant see you if they are looking thru clean glass but are one level above. making the vision of the AI a half cone instead of a full cone. Perfect map example is the Gold & Shark map where you will be seen thru frosted glass but not if you are in the vault with the guard on the upper level, its almost like that guard has a broken cone or maybe I was just so careful that i was actually out of sight its hard to tell. So short story be careful with stealth since the guards can have eagle vision or vision of a blind man.
- What about the weapons and game play? - I like that the weapons are not hard to unlock, however it is hard to not get bored with playing only 5 or so maps. Repetitive guard and placements are good for consistence and mastering the run but leveling up your weapons will be really hard if you only do stealth as the leveling up with guns is only applicable when you kill. Makes sense right but what if you master the run on silent and go for harder difficulties then you are stuck with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ guns that are like shooting nurf darts at the bluet sponge guards.Also you pray to God that you don't ♥♥♥♥ up your perfect stealth run at the end. The later in the run that you ♥♥♥♥ up the harder it is. Literally the game will actively punish you for completing the stealth so far into the mission that when you get spotted on the first wave you will see a dosser, the bullet sponge mf, and cloackers and all the other elite team police including the military. No I am not lying if you are literally tossing money into the van and you get spotted you will have maximum with all the hostage trades about 1 min to reposition and play the lout exit strategy. You read that right if you are literally on your last bag of money and they spot you, you can not exit the quite way you have to run the loud exit for some reason. I have had it multiple times prevent the bag from going into the van and the driver just leaving.

Decent game when purchased on discount.
Would say the vomit fellas will become a racist or at least mildly frustrated.

A competetive shouter with satisfuing achevments. But could have more inprovements whit the hit reg and VAC system.
