It's pretty damn good. The visuals are stellar and the storyline, gameplay and multiplayer is top notch.

Why is this stupid automatic non-game so addictive?

It's a bigger and better HITMAN with a ton of replay value. Honestly one of the best stealth experiences ever made with hundreds of hours of gameplay.

It's okay.

Wow, the combat in this game is top notch. I thought GORN had the most visceral melee combat but this one takes the cake! I especially love the wielding system (you can wield any weapon any which way) and the weight system where ax and daggers can stick to enemies.

This has huge potential. Just add a dueling campaign of some sort on top of the waves mode and it'll be perfect!

It's an instant classic - one of the most endearing, funny and colorful adventure games out there.

This game is the one true killer app of VR. Best melee combat ever.

UPDATE for 2020: Still the best there is when it comes to therapeutic mayhem. Crab pincers, wolverine claws, a hook you can use to gouge a head off. It's brilliant.

Absolute comfykino.

An overabundance of tailing missions and sea shanties, this Assassin's Creed game plays more like a pirate simulator. The battles on the open sea are exciting, the set pieces are excellent and the ending will make you cry like a toddler. Recommended for the great graphics and gameplay.

To summarize; the level design is pure perfection and the game itself is ridiculously fun to play. Stealth or combat you get fantastic setpieces and an enthralling world to explore. There is just more of everything for a Dishonored veteran.

I finished my first run as Emily (Ghost / Pacifist) in 14 hours and had a blast. I then proceeded to go Corvo (High Chaos) and clocked in 12 hours of pure carnage. Both ability sets are really fun, although I found myself loving Emily's more than the Corvo's original set (a big high five for the blink kick though, kicking guards off balconies never got old). I can't wait to start my third run as high chaos Emily, to tear guards to shreds and throw people with Domino and Far Reach across the streets.

Launch performance issues aside I find this to be the perfect sequel to the original game - nonlethal options are more varied, themed levels give the game a great sense of variety and the pure love that has sunken into this product just glows. Karnaca is beautiful and there is so much to discover I can't wait to get back into the game to find out more I missed. There is also a great gimmick in a later level that will make you squeal with joy, especially if you are a fan of multiple playthroughs with different outcomes. The development team thought of practically everything.

To mention the few negatives: the story itself is nothing to write home about (the characters are great though) and ends a bit abruptly. I had some minor issues with how the pacing of some levels was done and some targets seem less fleshed out if you're just ghosting your way through and not engaging them directly. Otherwise I'd definitely recommend this game for anyone who wants to feel like a badass superpowered assassin or a master of stealth.
