Basically what you want to do is look at Bohemia. When you look at Bohemia, you want to see who they have rivaled and who are their enemies, and in this case, Hungary has rivaled them, but they haven't rivaled Hungary. So you can ally Hungary right off the bat which is-which is good for you, but if Bohemia has Hungary rivale
