Just as much fun as the first one! Story is not as great as the first one and it's not as scary but the gameplay is better. 5/5 better than most things coming out these days.

Truly a masterpiece. Will be a classic that stands the test of time.

This game has it all. Though some of the mechanics are a little jenky. I've spent 400+ hours on this game and I still have things to do and goals to achieve. Highly recommend.

This game is addicting. The massive open world concept is one that I've always loved. And in this game you have the choice to follow a path (campaign) or set out freely with no goals except your own. Some character progression. And ton's of equipment customization. However there are some serious flaws currently that may make you want to hold off on buying this game. BUGS! So many bugs. From glitches in spawned veins that don't allow you to mine them properly to waypoints that bring you to the middle of space where there's nothing actually there this game has loads of bugs. AND MOST NOTIBLY that you should be aware of is CORRUPT SAVES. I spent 34 hours playing and progressing only to have all three of my saves (including the back-ups) become corrupt. 34 hours gone. And that's the least of it. Some people just can't load the game. There is a lot of work that still needs to be done and the beta testing should have lasted a lot longer and resolved a lot of these problems. I highly recommend waiting until further fixes are released so you don't waste days like I have. Great game otherwise.

EDIT: After multiple people including myself sent in this bug, Hello Games released a patch that actually fixed this bug and restored my saves. Great work!
