If you've played and enjoyed games like Uncharted Waters or other naval combat exploration adventure games, then I highly recommend taking the time to try this game.

My gratitude goes out to the team. If NIS could bring other titles in the Fuuraiki series to Steam in the future, I would definitely purchase them as soon as they are available.

One regret is that the Steam version of Fuuraiki still does not support Steam Cloud, making it really inconvenient to play on different devices.

After all these years, I realize I'm still not very good at reading text that uses all-kana notation.

But fortunately, the English translation is excellent. And the game itself is quite interesting. Highly recommended.

The visual novel's scenario is uninspiring, but the art and voice acting are outstanding. It's really a pity.

Tips: If you're having problems getting stuck in a vent and not being able to move during gameplay, try turning on vertical sync in the custom display options and pressing spacebar to jump; this will usually solve the problem.

If you can't launch the game, you can open the game folder, right-click on the main program file, and select Run as administrator. Then try launching the game from Steam again.

Most people just want to see you fall, that’s more reason to stand tall.

With several updates of the game, a large number of bugs have been fixed so far. However, there are still bugs existing in this game currently, and sometimes they even affect the main quests.
For instance, when it's required to eliminate a certain key character, after the character is defeated and falls to the ground, if he is close to the wall, his head will get stuck in the wall and keep repeating the state of struggling on the verge of death.
As a result, the branches of the task can't be completed either. And I had no alternative but to reload the game save to solve this problem.

Besides, I have two suggestions.
First of all, the scenes at night are too dark. It's impossible to see the road clearly after turning off the searchlight. At night, in some scenes where stealth is needed, it's just like being blind, and the experience is truly a nightmare.
Secondly, it is recommended to optimize the game's guide and change it to be able to lead players to any iconic buildings that they have ever visited on the map, just like the fast travel function in Fallout 3.

Finally, regarding the endings of the game, albeit not so delightful, are astonishing and make you reflect on a lot of things.
Nevertheless, if possible, I hope that the DLC can bring an uplifting ending to the game or make a positive supplement to the game's plot.

This game is very addictive, but it relies more on luck while playing.

You must keep a positive mindset when playing this game, especially in the later levels.
