Incase you were wondering its still unplayable in lobbies with more then 32 people. Used to run fine when i first bought it then after a pc upgrade i rubber band all over the place and die before the first shot is fired on my screen.

after a long time i think its finally time to change my review. Itll never be what arma 2 dayz was but in its own right its a good game. Theres alot of little things that add up to make the bugger picture in this. Its got is own quirky bugs to work out and some of them are kinda funny. Its got way to many mechanics but in a good way. worth giving it a shot if your a fan of long term zombie games or if your thinking about trying it again after a few years.

First things first, 10/10.

Its hard to review a alpha game because its in such an early stage of development but this game has alot of potential.
I will organize this review in 4 parts. Pros, cons, bugs, and suggestions.

Pros:
-Beautiful game
-Very imersive (in my opinion)
-Not insanely easy
(would write more but im still finding things out about the game)

Cons:
-Its a survival game after awhile it looses its touch
-Item inventories are sometimes hard to open and manage
-Its nearly impossible to kill a dino with melee ( i understand you wouldnt be able to kill a t-rex in real life but im talking about the smaller ones)

Bugs:
(Quick note before i continue, im writing this because devs actually read and respond to reviews so i figure i should try to help make the game better for everyone :D)
-When breaking rocks the rock sometimes flys up in the air
-Dinos sometimes get stuck on eachother causing them to walk in circles
-There is no way (that i can figure out) to craft guns, cnc table doesnt work and the crafting table doesnt have the option to make the 9mm beretta
-When you die you fall through the floor sometimes
-Sometimes if you shoot a dino with a crossbow it doesnt register or doesnt display a hitmarker
-Placing objects is insanely difficult (unless im doing it wrong)
-When making metal pipes, pistol frame and barrel, and some other objects they dupe and sometimes disappear (the duplicated one)
-When swimming in the water you stamina represents your breath (I dont know if its accidental or on purpose)
-Melee range is a tad bit to low
-When using the crossbow it doesnt show blood whenever you hit a dino with a bolt
-( going off memory on this one sorry if i mess up and you cant recreate it just let me know and ill fix it) Pressing I then F1 removes all the hud from your screen and you can only get it back by pressing F1 the I again

Suggestions:
-Raptors travel in packs at night
-All dinos roam the lands
-randomly spawned abandoned villages
-A single player version with AI (Would be cool but i know its a mmofps)
-Mod support ( I would like to see what other players can add to the game when its finished)
-Equipable armours
-Trophies ( A dino head that can be placed, it could be like a rare drop or something)
-A house large to match the small and medium

I think thats all i got i litteraly just bought the game this morning. But even with these bugs the game is still really enjoyable and i look forward to the upcoming patch. Thanks for reading my review :D
