turns out Michael Jackson is a Demon haunting a school...

a total remake of one of the best story driven games in history, all the original missions (with improvements) beautiful graphics and a city that actually has life more vehicles (motorbikes fam). great for those who have not played the original mafia or for those who have and want to revisit that experience with next gen.

only gripes are gun play is a bit wack and there's really nothing to do after the main story, its too bad that hanger 13 recreated such a beautiful game and city but theres nothing to do in the world they created.

Def pick up for story and nostalgia but if your looking for a sandbox gta experience you will not find it here sadly.

gunplay and movement is super clunky, door mechanics are a joke- this game feels like it'd be worth it 5 years ago but today it seems super outdated

my review has nothing to do with the story of the game.

having played detroit become human on ps4 and loving the story and moral concepts the game throws at you and forces you to think about, i cannot recommend this port.

specs: ryzen 5 3600, nvidia geforce 2070 super, 16 gig ram

my pc exceeds the minimum and required settings yet the game crashes exactly 5 mins after start up and will continue to do so if your drivers are past version 446.14. its a joke that in 2020 a triple a game requires me to downgrade my drivers just to play

literally the entire time i was on the first mission, the ♥♥♥♥

i Tried really hard to finish this game, the story was honestly pretty great, i was engrossed. but the one thing though out the 15 hours i played Vampyr that caused me to just quit is the garbage combat system. its a clunky mess between Devil may cry and dark souls with a uninventive enemy types where the only diference between most enemys is weakness/strengths. not to mention the 100% garbage level scaling system and final boss fight.

dont buy it if you frustrate easily at repatition and stick to a walkthough

I beat the story in one day but don't let that stop you from buying it, its a quality game with some of the best story telling i have played. the gameplay mechanics like shooting and cover system leave much to be desired but for a story based gamer i personally was able to look past it a easy pick up if its $10 or less

just another garbage battle royal game riding the coattials of PUBG and Fortnite.

This game is fun if you're RP'ing but besides that it gets boring quick, lots of small bugs and glithcing textures, jason is either op or a joke dependant on which one you pick, and in the end its the same repetative game over and over and over.

not to mention 5 months without a update took me off this game. untill they add more to justify the 40 dollar price tag id avoid it. fun game concept that i had fun with for some hours but in the end i gets boring and shallow.
