I'm not really a fan of survivor horror games (or horror games in general) but I loved the demo for this game and had to get it when it came out. I love the eerie, creepy amusement park and the atmosphere of the game. While the combat system is a bit to get used to, it's fairly good and once you pick up on it, your kinda golden. The puzzles were a good spread in difficulty, and a few of the bonus ones had me stumped for a minute. The story itself isn't bad, but isn't as deep or intense as something from Silent Hill or Signalis. All in all, a great AA game coming from a standalone indie developer/publisher.

Short and sweet game about being non-binary in a world that wants you to be anything but. It's hard to feel seen, or even alive, when people in the world actively believes you don't exist, that you can't exist, and you are wrong about who you are. Anyone with transphobic parents, "friends", or coworkers will likely share experiences with this.

Seriously, It's Left 4 Dead 2. It is not only a classic, but still one of the best 4-player co-op games created. Add Workshop mods, maps, skins, and extra content, as well as it dropping to 99 CENTS EVERY SINGLE SALE, there is no reason to not have it.

Oh, and it has ALL the content from Left 4 Dead 1, plus the extra DLC campaigns, and.... Just hit buy

A cute little platformer focused on light parkour. It's a short game with little in the ways of a real challenge, but it advertises itself as a relaxing, calm game, and it certainly delivers. 100% the game and achievements in about an hour, had to play a bit more to get the last card.

Super cute game following Haru and her two friends, Monami, and Erika. First played One Night Hot Springs back when I was still an egg and loved it! Here every story focuses on a different person and their story.

I absolutely adore these games, and found myself not only smiling, but nearly had me crying multiple times throughout.

Played each part in one sitting, on the Steam Deck. Worked well, but a few times the game stopped accepting input and needed a restart or a wait.

I've never seen a black trans woman as a lead in anything until this game, and as one, I'm really appreciative for it. It's cool seeing representation, even if it's for a smaller indie game! The game is split across two parts, the visual novel where all the characters interact with each other, and the combat, which ties each character to a button and you cycle through them (and their cooldowns) to use their abilities. Honestly, later in the game the combat is a bit tedious (which is why I haven't gotten the DLC yet) but mainly since it I felt it kept breaking up the stories pace. You can however just avoid the combat so that's not too much of an issue.

There is a point in the game where Sam is spiraling with some dark thoughts, and it feels super weird knowing I've had, and sometimes still have, those dark thoughts myself. I don't know if weird is the right word, but I don't know what would be. 'Seen' could be one. Anyway, it's a cute little game with some cute characters and some hard hitting moments, at least for me. Plus you get to kick Nazi's asses. AND THE MUSIC IS FIREEEEEEEE


I should note I played this on the Steam Deck and it worked perfectly.

Make sure you have a capable computer and Great 5ghz internet and it was perfect. Anything less and it's probably better to run a long HDMI cable. Wish I had bought a second. Gone but never forgotten.

Fun, challenging, a quest to bring the world back from the brink of non-existence. Loop Hero brings and interesting and unique formula to the rouge-lite genre.

Its kinda crazy how the devs turned this game 180 and made it great
