My conclusion is that Freddy is both bisexual and non-binary, as he can go to each gender without issue or having to be either one.

This moment is followed up with a much more envious and jealous look from Chica, who is theorized to be a girl and therefore has a lesser chance of finding a romantic partner in her coworkers.
