Please keep in mind that this is an early access title, so moving forward take everything with a grain of salt.
Visually, the game looks fine and I haven’t had any performance issues while playing on high and epic settings. Granted some lower end machines will have to lower their graphics for the sake of frames.
Gameplay wise, as a PVE player it’s much more chill than Tarkov as I have played about 400-500hr on tarkov. I would imagine that the health system may get more robust as time goes but at the moment it is very simple and easy to understand. It’s pretty easy to get into the gameplay loop and it is very rewarding. Most people are willing to team up over game chat, I personally prefer solo. With that being said this game is one you can play solo and not notice mic of a difference. The AI could use an upgrade in terms of skill but I understand for the sake of enjoyment they are relatively easy in my opinion.
Weapon customization it a fun aspect, getting all of the attachments and that cool factor for the look of your weapons.

Overall it is a pretty easy game to get into given the genre.

Of course this isn’t a perfect game and the devs have a long road ahead of them. If they play their cards right and take the appropriate community feedback they could have a well polished title on their hands. It’s still in the early phases and if you’re willing to put up with some of the road bumps and if you’re looking for a more chill and lower barrier of entry to the extraction genre I would strongly recommend.

Pros:
Ammo is easy to understand.
Easy to understand health and healing.
Decent weapon variety.
Easy to access the map, easy to understand.
Research facility is easy to navigate but still lots of hidden locations and doors.
Movement feels good on screen.
Solo and squad queuing.
Alien gameplay has no risk to your PMC.
Fun with friends.
Support for indie studios.
Responsive devs and takes community feedback.
Pistols and rifles feel good to shoot.

Cons:
Early access, so don’t expect every concept to be fleshed out.
Balancing is a little all over the place (to be expected with early access).
High learning curve.
Loot variety is a bit low.
Shotguns feel weak to shoot.

Overall, the game feels good though lacking some content at the moment. The core gameplay feels good and it has potential to be a whole lot better.

So, one day I was playing with my friend on an OFFLINE server, and all of the sudden... the HOST is kicked from his own OFFLINE server, for killing himself too much.

11/10 would play again m8
