In response to your comment on my Fallout 4 Remastered guide, yes you should be able to download them in that order. I recommend installing the core files before installing any other files as the other files are dependent on them. I do recommend installing the Scopes Framework and See Through Scopes after installing all weapon mods, as the mod automatically reads which weapon mods you have installed. After it reads what weapon mods you have installed, it creates a patch for each individual weapon mod. If you install See Through Scopes and Scope Framework after, then it will not read those weapon mods and they won't be patched (resulting in errors).
