Abandoned. A shame, because the first game was pretty good in its own way!

This game is super addicting! Time flies by when I’m playing, which can be a bit risky in real life. But honestly, I think it’s time well spent. I’m having a blast exploring the map and checking out everything the game has to offer. There are definitely some things that could be better, like a vicinity view to picking up multiple items at once such as wood, but the devs keep updating the game and connecting with the community. Can’t wait to see what cool stuff they roll out in future updates!

The graphics are quite good in some areas; the game designers have taken a lot of inspiration from the more recent Assassin's Creed games. However, textures don't always load fully during cut scenes and while exploring the map and locations, the graphical pop-in is quite noticeable, even with the visibility range set to the highest in the settings. Combat feels easy, but it might be designed that way early in the game—I'm not sure yet, as I haven't encountered any challenges so far. I'm getting a bit frustrated with the constant back-and-forth between menus, notifications, and red exclamation marks; it disrupts the flow of the game and breaks immersion. I have also noticed missing dialogue when talking to some NPC's.

While in combat I've noticed that AI enemies often retreat to their starting locations mid-fight if I move back too far from them. Overall, there are too many frustrating elements for me to recommend this game, and I will not be spending any money on it.

I really appreciate the game's concept, art style, and atmosphere, but it definitely needs significant optimization. While the mist, fog, and smoke enhance the ambiance, they severely impact the frame rate in those foggy areas. Additionally, the AI can be quite glitchy and detracts from the overall immersion. I've also experienced frequent crashes. However, the game is receiving regular updates, and I think it has a lot of potential as a PvE extraction shooter set in a bleak, post-apocalyptic future. I’m hopeful that the developers will stabilize the game and address the bugs. Fingers crossed!

There are so many half-built bases and camps it's an eye-sore. It would be better if I could only see my camp and base and everyone else's do not render for me—just an idea.

Looks and plays like a cheaply made indie game. The game lacks depth and needs a UI overhaul. The game world feels empty. Back to Tarkov! Refunded!

OK, Bethesda, you did it with Fallout 76 now you can do it with Starfield. It would help if you made some serious improvements. For a start, play some No Man's Sky. This will show you what interesting planet exploration is and also add the ability to warp to planets in space, not just load them. Having deeper space exploration is important IMO. Play some Elite Dangerous and see how fun exploring space can be. It's frustrating that people making games these days seem to have no actual experience with PLAYING games. They have coding skills, but no idea of what makes a game fun and engaging. I'm available for consultation ;)
