Intr-o craticioara se topeste untul la foc mic. Se adauga apoi "cojile" crevetilor, coaja de lamaie, sofranul, vinul si foarte putina sare. Se fierbe totul la foc mediu cca. 10 minute. Se strecoara untul si se pastreaza fierbinte pana veti avea nevoie de el.
Se pune multa apa cu sare la fiert. Cand incepe sa fiarba se pun tagliatellele si se fierb dupa instructiunile de pe pachet.
Cat fierb pastele se incinge uleiul de masline. Se adauga in ulei putin chili, piper negru proaspat macinat si usturoiul strivit. Se amesteca rapid si cand usturoiul incepe sa miroasa adaugati dovleceii taiati felii subtiri. Sotati dovleceii, amestecand des, la foc, mediu pana se inmoaie un pic (cca 2 minute). Adaugati crevetii si sotati in continuare pana devin roz (inca 2 minute).
