Early Access Review
DRG Survivor is entirely addicting and will consume your soul if you let it. The power creep is really fun and feels rewarding. Many of the play sessions can feel unique, given that there are so many different abilities and items.

Hands down one of the most fun and inventive games I've ever played. Valve really exceeded my expectations with Alyx. The gameplay feels very tight and gives a good sense of progression with steady weapon unlocks and upgrades. I really enjoyed the power creep in this and highly recommend the laser sights although some might argue it makes things a little too easy at times. The environments, enemies, and puzzles are decently varied. I'm on my second playthrough (first one being on my brother's account) and I could very easily see myself revisiting this again in the future.

I absolutely loved playing through this again on PC, despite the rocky launch and litany of technical issues. I felt like I was transported back to when I had initially played it on PS3 years ago. What made my play through even better was playing it with my girlfriend watching who had never seen the game before. She was really into the story and game play because of the HBO show. This game has a really fantastic story that I highly recommend to anyone that can handle grisly details and a bit of heartbreak. Solid game play mechanics lend to a powerful experience when coupled with the breathtaking narrative.

This game is pretty amazing, maybe I'll write an actual review in the future.

Apex is a fast paced BR shooter with a lot of characters with varying abilities and playstyles to choose from. It's a growing game and very fun to play but isn't without issue. For instance, when playing Arena mode, it's all too common to not get paired with teammates and be stuck in a 3v1 situation.

I had a great time playing through this game and loved the creepy atmosphere. The camcorder really adds to the atmosphere of the game and was a brilliant idea. The night vision on the camcorder was intended to be a precious resource as it utilizes batteries that are picked up throughout the game. However, I felt that the batteries were a bit too plentiful, as I never really feared using night vision. Most areas of the game are shrouded in darkness which necessitates rationing of batteries.

It was nice going in very blind not knowing anything about the game before going in. The environment, while beautifully realized, got a bit repetitive at times. It felt like there was a bit of detail cloning going on when creating some areas. While at other times I really appreciated some of the efforts that went into crafting otherwise unique areas to traverse. Some of the story elements were a bit out there, which I think could've been avoided for a better experience overall. I really enjoyed this game as a whole and am really looking forward to checking out Outlast 2.

I'd highly recommend playing this game with the lights off with a headset for the best atmosphere.

This is one of the most innovative and at times mind-bending games that I've ever played. The story can go so many different ways, no two playthroughs feel the same.

This game is incredibly fun to play and offers a ton of different game modes which offer a high varierty of gameplay. The mod support using the Steam Workshop is excellent and has some hidden gems. This game is sure to please almost any FPS fan. I highly recommend checking out the PVP element of the game once you are familiar with the basic mechanics of the game.

Great game, although definitely on the short side. I grabbed it on sale and had a fantastic time playing through it. I only found myself getting stumped a handful of times, usually when that was the case I didn't really quite understand what the game expected of me in a given moment.

A bit of a negative is that they tend to reuse the same puzzle elements on a repeated basis. The constellation level in particular was guilty of this and caused me to get stuck for a while. I'm looking forward to checking out the other Room games at some point later.
