I have reviewed this game before. I will keep my intregity and edit this(Though I'll keep my old version). In short good game.
Singleplayer: Good story, great world, and awsome feeling controls. Runs fine on my not state-of-the-art rig.
Multiplayer: Annoying, hacker filled, micropayment laden badness. Just stay out. If you've heard about the heists, they are underwhelming. Takes a long time till you are properly equiped to do it with friends(unless you have 3 friends to carry you). Randos are always iffy. Either they want you to be as good as them with the 1000+ hours sunk in or have you sit in the bulletproof care for 20 minutes. For heists, wait for a sale and get a 4-pack of Payday 2.

I had originally written a very even handed review discussing the positive aspects of the game, but when went to fact check myself, I accidentally lost my draft. So I decided to have as much integrity (if not more) than Take2, the games publisher. So I'll just give you the reason not to buy the game. A case and decist was sent to the maker of a large mod many mods are based on, without good reason. It was not a pirating tool, it did not effect other users, and it DID NOT EFFECT THE MULTIPLAYER. All this did was reduce the functionality of a product people had already bought. Even if you are not planning on using mods, DO NOT BUY THIS. Buying this would be supporting this kind of amoral behavior. If Take 2 get their **** together, get this masterpiece, but as of now, take a pass on this.

This is a very good game. If you enjoyed the first one, you'll enjoy this one. If you you are new, play the first one. The level design is better(With the exception of a couple of bossfihts you may need to Google) in the first one. This one is longer and has a bettter(in my opinion) story. Additionally Steam Workshop support means the poor level design is only in the main story. Don't be afraid to take breaks, it can get frustrating. Listen to the synthesizers blare, grab your katana, and go wild (then die...Rinse and repeat)

Used to be one of my favorite games.
Played this all day everyday.
Then.... they came.
The exploiters.
The only way to do well is to max mouse sensitivity.
Honestly makes me sad.
Killed constantly by people doing backbends with giant swords.
Archers...Pffff just do backbends.
Don't fall into hype.
Hype came from when this was a good game.
Now it belongs to them...

-Rather be blinded by razor wire than use Uplay
-Trying to use any multiplayer things since Uplay won't let you use steam for that
-Uplay (No Joke) Crashing and partially breaking my solid pc setup
-UPLAY!
-Seriously biggest issue Uplay
-Buy game only if you have the patience of all the saints combined
-Uplay can burn in a tire fire
