All I do know is that Leo Frank did everything wrong and deserved what he got
I don't know how you could take that seriously, or as anything but a jest, but oh well!
See you in 24 hours o7
There can be no gifting! It's not even Christmas yet
No problem! Take care
If it's vanilla it's probably for electronics, if it's a mod then it could be anything. Maybe that one mod that lets you automate doors and things from a distance? No clue lol.
I'm not smart enough with coding to even know where to begin trying to make a new loot model, I'm not even sure if the game would let you mod that. Every container has a loot list on it, and a number of potential rolls for loot in each container, and then a % chance of that loot showing up, I believe.
My friend said it rolls each time for every item in the list, using the weight to determine a % chance which is adjusted by loot rarity itself...so when there's a lot of items (such as added by mods) there's more chances of finding loot in a container regardless of rarity settings. Rarity may also effect maximum rolls per container? I can't say for sure if that's how it works though.
I know even on Insanely Rare I sometimes find containers full of canned food etc.
I was wondering if you found a fix, workaround or the reason as to why this occurs. First i thought one of the loot settings reduces bag spawns, hence less weapons and ammo spawns in residential areas, but that should theoretically not include police, surplus and weapon shop spawns since their loot spawns in containers.
